Think of it as a private reading that happens to have your favorite people in it.
Carsin doesn't work down a list or take turns around the circle. She follows what comes through, which is where things get interesting. The friend who came along for the wine ends up with the name of her grandmother's dog. Someone hears a date they can't explain until Tuesday. The room goes quiet, then loud, then quiet again.
Everyone hears everything. That's the fun of it. You'll spend the whole next week comparing notes.

Your seat is free. You're not counted among the six to ten, and you don't pay for the privilege of opening your home.
Whether you get a reading isn't up to you, and it isn't up to Carsin either. If the spirits come looking for you, they'll find you.
